I obtained my LLB and PCLL from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During my studies, I participated in and later coached the CUHK team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. I joined MinterEllison LLP in 2023 as a trainee solicitor and received training in dispute resolution and corporate matters.
I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Assisted with court proceedings arising from allegations of fraud, including related injunction applications
- Assisted in advising listed companies and members of their senior management in connection with SFC investigations
- Assisted in representing a residential property developer in a dispute with the Hong Kong Government
- Assisted in advising and representing individuals in successful debt recovery proceedings
- Assisted in representing The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in judicial review proceedings brought by listed companies
Probate and Administration
- Assisted in representing the executors of the estate of the founder of the Lai Sun Group in a contentious probate dispute
- Assisted in representing a serviced apartment provider in an interpleader application arising from a probate dispute
Corporate
- Participated in an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as part of the team acting for the issuer
- Assisted in the global restructuring of a toy company
