I joined MinterEllison Hong Kong as a Trainee Solicitor in 2020 and completed my training with the firm in 2022 before being admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in the same year. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and had internship experience with some of the leading Chinese and international law firms in both Mainland China and Hong Kong prior to joining MinterEllison.  I am fluent in English and Mandarin and conversant in Cantonese.

• Participated in a number of initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and assisted in advising on sponsors and underwriters and issuers in various industries
• Assisted in advising on Ho Hong Kong listed companies on capital market and debt financing transactions as well as regulatory compliance issues
• Advised Hong Kong listed companies and private companies on corporate governance matters
• Advised listed companies and private clients from a range of industries on various types of commercial transactions
