Bridget Chan

Associate

My practice focuses on initial public offerings.  I have handled various successful listings and have acted for both issuers and sponsors.  I regularly advise listed companies on day-to-day Listing Rules compliance as well as capital markets transactions.  I also have experience in handling private company deals.

I am a detail-oriented person and I am easy to work with.  I take ownership for the matters which I handle and take pride in being resilient in finding solutions. I have extensive experience in IPO and other capital markets transactions, private company deals and regulatory compliance matters. Before joining MinterEllison Hong Kong Office, I was an associate with Howse Williams. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and obtained my Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong in 2013. I was admitted to practise in Hong Kong in 2015.
