1. Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (\"PDPO\")<\/h3>

MinterEllison LLP complies with the PDPO in relation to the collection, holding, processing and use of Personal Data. Information on your rights under the PDPO may be obtained from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data: https:\/\/www.pcpd.org.hk<\/a><\/p>

Personal Data means information from which it is possible to identify an individual person directly or indirectly.<\/p>
