Personal Data means information from which it is possible to identify an individual person directly or indirectly.

(You may also send messages to us through the website.)

Under the PDPO you have the right to ask us to disclose any Personal Data we hold about you. You may also request copies of your Personal Data, and you may require us to correct any Personal Data about you. All such requests should be sent in the form prescribed by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data to our Talent and Operations Manager,  MinterEllison LLP. 32/F., Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong SAR. We are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for responding to a data access request.

8. Updates to and Agreement with Privacy Policy

We will update this policy to reflect changes in the legislation and feedback from clients.
